La Mer UK only delivers online orders to UK addresses (excluding the Channel Islands).

UK delivery options (orders placed Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays)

Option one - Standard Delivery

Delivery within 2-5 working days.
Free on all orders - it's our treat!

Option two - Named Day Delivery

Choose your day of delivery from the available dates.
Monday - Friday only.

Option three - Next Day Delivery

Delivery the following working day. Orders must be placed by 5pm.

Option four - Saturday Delivery

Delivery Saturday by 12pm.
Orders must be placed by 3pm on a “working Friday” to guarantee Saturday AM delivery. If the order is placed after 3pm, it will be delivered the following Saturday.

Option five - Click and Collect

You can also collect from a local shop in partnership with UPS within 2-5 business days of placing your order. Free on all orders.

Delivery will be within 2-5 working days of placing your order. You will receive an email to tell you when your order is ready to collect from the store.



We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process.

UK Mainland Delivery

UK mainland orders selected for Next Day Delivery and received by 5pm, Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery, (excluding Saturday & Sunday). For the standard delivery option (2-5 working days, excluding Saturday & Sunday) your order will be dispatched to meet this option. To track your order, please refer to the tracking link that will be sent to you on your dispatch e-mail.

Delivery on a date of your choice, Monday to Friday, subject to availability and excluding public holidays. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, islands, Aberdeen and other rural areas will be within 2 working days of your selected named day. 

Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more delivery.

La Mer does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods. Upon delivery of the goods to you, we will also provide you with sufficient details to enable you to:

a) exercise your right of cancellation; and
b) address any intended cancellation or complaints to the correct place of business.

The majority of orders placed will be delivered by Yodel@HOME who may leave the parcel in a safe location at the address if specified or return it to the delivery office for redelivery or collection.

Some orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to receive your order, our delivery company may leave a telephone number or delivery card for you to make alternative arrangements. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given.



Your order will be dispatched and delivered to your chosen collection point (UPS Access Point™) within 2-5 business days of placing your order.
You will receive an email to tell you when your order is ready to collect.

Choose from over 2500+ local shops nationwide and collect your order at your convenience. Participating shops are part of the UPS Access Points™ network.
Delivery will be within 2 to 5 working days of placing your order. You will receive an email to tell you when your order is ready to collect. Simply proceed through the checkout to choose your preferred collection point. You can then pay by credit / debit card or PayPal.

When collecting your order please bring the following:
Government issued photo ID: driver's license, passport, foreign national or military ID
Any other photo ID containing your full name, along with one of the following documents containing your full name: Utility/phone bill, council tax bill, wage slip, or bank statement.
If someone else collects your order on your behalf, they will be asked for your photo ID as well as their own.
You will be asked to sign for the package, to confirm receipt.
You will receive an email collection reminder on day 3 and 7 after delivery if you have not yet collected your order.
Your order will be sent back to us if not collected within 10 days.


To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that our delivery company has all the correct details, we use a system that verifies your address using your postcode.

We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.

We are unable to offer delivery to British Forces Postal Office addresses.
